Meet our Walnut Creek Camp Director: Jose Cabeza
Jose is one of Camp Brainy Bunch's longest serving camp directors having joined the team in 2016. A long time elementary school teacher, Jose brings extensive experience in teaching and child development. Jose is currently pursuing his Master's degree in Education and holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Saint Mary's College of California. During the school year, Jose teaches physical education at Pine View Elementary School and has worked as a paraprofessional educator, ABA Therapist for kids with autism, and a longtime and highly successful soccer coach and sports director.
Jose's favorite thing about working with kids is the joy it brings when a student is successful and reaches their goals. With his enthusiasm, energy, and social interaction skills, parents can be confident that Jose will deliver another unforgettable summer for our campers!
