Meet our Millbrae Camp Director: Jennylyn Fung

Jennylyn Fung is a 4th grade elementary school teacher in Mountain View, California. She began teaching in 2008 and has been teaching at her current district for the past 9 years. She currently holds a Bachelors Degree in Liberal Studies and a Masters Degree in Applied Leadership. She also holds a multiple-subject teaching credential for grades K-8, as well as an administration credential.

Born and raised in San Diego, Jennylyn started her education career as a preschool teacher. She also has experience as a nanny, a tutor, a camp counselor for the YMCA, and a site leader for an after-school program. She moved to the Bay Area in 2009 to finish up school at San Jose State University.

In her spare time, Jennylyn likes to travel, practice calligraphy, and watch movies. This summer, Jennylyn and her husband will be expecting their first child this August!

Jennylyn joined Camp Brainy Bunch in 2015, and has returned for summers whenever she can. She thinks that CBB is a great place for students to be creative, critical thinkers, and collaborative.
